Saw the game. Vinicio also had 2 hits, a line double down the line in left (as a LH hitter) and a single.  Perkins and Ibarra also went to left field with their doubles. Perk's was a line shot down the line and Ibarra cleared the left-fielder's head with a long liner that landed on the track....definitely a Fenway wall ball.  Jerez' hits included a grounder to short that was too deep to make a play on and had a clean liner into left. It was interesting that all these guys went to the opposite field for their hits..... Talked briefly with pitchers Zach Good and John Killen who reported how happy they were to be with Boston given the quality of the organization and "how good they treat us"....something that i have universally heard over the past number of years.

First baseman David Chester is a mountain...think Greg Luzinski and then some.
