He's definitely improved on his approach this season and has gotten things going again after getting his timing back after the injury. The power he produces through his quick wrists and batspeed gives him plus potential at the big leagues. Since spending time in the MLB camp this spring, he's been going forward in his development at a good clip. Reddick looks much more patient and like he's comfortable with AA pitching. He's surprised with his skills in CF and the range he has shown. I've personally been pretty impressed with the reads he gets on balls and the ground he can cover without having the speed of say Ellsbury or Lin.
What is the deal?
Where does he project as a hitter? Has his approach improved enough to believe he's going to make the transition against MLB pitching? Are there still doubts that he can trend upward enough in that area to break into the lineup as an everyday outfielder in the near future?
What do people think about our #3 prospect in the system?
