It doesn't seem like Orlando Cabrera and Ozzie Guillen are too fond of each other, the article I've linked, even goes so far as to wonder if Cabrera
will even last the entire season in Chicago.

Cabrera makes $9M this year and will be a free agent after the season, would the White Sox consider swapping him for Lugo? Lugo's offensive production has been better so far this season, but his defensive woes are well documented, and Lugo is signed through 2010 at $9M per, with an option that vests for 2011 with a certain number of plate appearances.
To me, the Sox would have to sweeten the deal and/or eat some of Lugo's contract from 2009 & 2010.
I think Cabrera's play is highly affected by how he feels in the clubhouse, we know he would be happy to come back to Boston, and I think he could be an ignitor at the bottom of the order and provide a big upgrade defensively at SS.
