It is, for all the world, like looking in a fun house mirror, so distorted are the numbers. There are plenty of good ballplayers who've come out of there
including quite a few on the Diamondbacks. But it's easy to see how it could screw you up so bad...

Diaz makes his 3rd and 4th errors of the year in consecutive innings (major league defense, hah!).
James with a 1-2-3-4 inning (given the error). 11-4, mid 4th. After 3 innings, the only J-Hawk without a hit is Diaz, who is clearly the GOG so far. Farkes Ks to lead off the 5th but reaches on a passed ball.

After making alot of strides in the HWL and in spring training, Argenis Diaz is off to a real slow start. He has 10 strikeouts so far with only 2 walks. Prior
to tonights game he came in hitting .115/.172/.115 on the season.

Another error for Diaz...
James gets through 5 to qualify. Sounded like he threw a good amount of strikes after the first inning, good sign that he can rebound after a rough start. That's a requisite for being a pitcher in Lancaster.

Is anyone listening to the game? Did James really get through 7 or is the mlb box score just messed up again? I'm guessing James went 4 and a third.
