I hope that people don't mind the shameless plug, but the revised paperback edition of Interviews From Red Sox Nation is now available from both Maple
Street Press and Amazon. It should also be hitting New England bookstores within the week. It's basically a "best of" from the hardcover, plus
40 new interviews -- mostly with current and former Red Sox players.

If some of you are here just to follow the Red Sox or if others are here just to follow prospects, this book is for both of you. There has been no better way
for us to learn who the people are behind the name and ranking than through a David Laurila interview. It's like a collection of short stories.
Also, this is a great book to give as a gift to parents and grandparents so don't be afraid to get multiple copies. |

An FYI that there will be a book signing tomorrow (April 1) at the Baseball Tavern. It will go from roughly 6:30-8.
