Well I guess I'll introduce myself. You probably won't see me post much, as I'm just going to lurk and see what the general thoughts are on players, specifically one, Jeff Farrell. Good friend of mine, and currently pitching in Lowell. Been able to go up and see him once, and even though it was a good outing, I know he's got awesome stuff, as his record and numbers indicate from SCSU. So I'll be lurking, waiting for those enthusiastic posts about Jeff.

Hey fellas, Southern California Sox fan checking in. You have a really cool board here, I'm happy to be part of it. I had been a casual Sox fan (via the legends of Ted Williams I heard as a kid & my dad went to high school with Fred Lynn), but caught Sox fever in the late 90s passing through Boston three or four times a year. I know what Bill Simmons has to say about supporting teams from outside your geographical area, but I'm for real, if you were to ask my wife she'd tell you I have a Sox problem. Looking forward to it...

physician, a red sox fan all my life. My monniker was supposed to be "dadrsfan", but due to poor typing it came out "dadesfan" I see no topic concerning the Pawtucket Red Sox. Will Zink ever make it to the majors? dadrsfan |

Thanks to all involved for having such an informative and comprehensive site. Like El Kato, I've been a lurker for about a year, and I found that I could get the answer to almost every question that I had almost immediately simply by coming to these pages. In fact, there was usually a thread with my answer having been posted right before I had the question. It's kind of eerie really. But I figured that I might someday actually have a question whose answer wasn't posted in the last twelve hours, so it might be time to sign up. Thanks for having me.

Hello all, just wanted to introduce myself. I currently live in New Jersey and I am a Yankee fan but I'm not here to troll or any nonsense like that. I just enjoy getting the "enemies" opinions on prospects and the minors and about the Yankees' prospects and just in general. NJT50 - New Jersey Trenton/Thunder and 50 is for Phil Hughes' number.
Just figured I could also help out to clear up some things on what the Yankees are doing with guys like Hughes if needed. So, that'd be it. Take an easy on me.

Hello everyone, New member here from Maine been reading this site over the last couple of months and find it very useful for all information on the sox farm system, very helpful. I attend many minor league games especially at Double A Portland. Look forward to discussing all things Sox with you guys.
