I just don't think Hansen will ever excel here, and MDC needs to ride the buses again to wake his ass up!

MDC Can't.
I hope Smith is ready. Nothing like using the entire bullpen and we only have 1 out. |

Javier Lopez coming in, maybe he can show them what control looks like?
Boston doesn't deserve me.

I wish they had ponied up the $20 million dollars it would have taken to sign Linebrink.

Can we please sign some Joe Borowski-level scrub to be our "closer" so that Paps can actually pitch in high leverage situations?

Both Hansen and Delarman looked completely lost. Can Hansen ever get through an inning without walking someone?

I knew this was gonna be hard as hell when Dice-k left after 5 because of how overworked the pen has been lately, the all-star break can't come soon enough. Can the lobsterman be in the 'pen so we could send all this scrubs back to GCL so they learn command level by level and actually earn begin in the big
leagues.

How can Bartlett have 2 hits in the same game let alone the same inning.

What was that, 11 batters that inning?
Yep, 11 batters.

Nothing like ahving the 8-9-1 due up after that shitful inning.
We'll get murdered by the yankees. |

Since June 1 the Sox have played 29 games, including tonight's. Including tonight's appearance, Hansen will have pitched in 15 of them. He's had
command problems but has pitched relatively effectively in most of those appearances. Maybe tonight he didn't have anything. But he is being used totally
differently here than he was in the minors. There's reason to be frustrated maybe, but this isn't all on Hansen, or MDC either, I suspect.

This team is awful. I'd be pretty tempted to try Hunter Jones in the bullpen at this point.

I miss Eric Gagne. At least he only gave up two runs an inning.

This is like role reversal. It used to be the Sox elevating the starter's pitch count and then hammering the bullpen to turn the game into a laugher while
the Sox bullpen blew hitter's away. Instead, Hansen and MDC did their best Esteban Yan and Jesus Colome impressions.
