			<description><![CDATA[ Barring injury I don&#39;t see any way Kelly starts next year in Salem. He hasn&#39;t been challenged at all by hitters in low or high A ball. It&#39;ll be
interesting to see how he adjusts to AA. He might take his lumps in AA at the beginning, but his command is simply too good for A ball hitters. Stats and first
hand scouting reports from Salem are in agreement on this point. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Before we get carried away with Kelly, he&#39;s had 6 starts at A+. Four (including the last 3) have been outstanding, two decidedly not. We don&#39;t usually
demand a move after that little time of dominance. SSS, remember? There really isn&#39;t any rush here. He can&#39;t pitch in the majors full time as a starter
for 3 more years anyway because of innings progression. Personally, I think starting him at AA next year is PLENTY fast enough. Maybe he even ought to get a
bit more time at... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I was an early January baby, and so was 17 years 5 months old when I graduated from HS. &quot;The Hammer&quot; isn&#39;t all that young, really, for a HS grad.
Recent trends have parents holding their children, especially sons, back a year for social reasons sometimes, which is why you see a lot of older HS grads
nowadays.

push or hold back you child. Anyone who is born in July or August or early September will be 17 when they sign. In reality the age difference between two

			<description><![CDATA[ I was going to say something about how we all need to wait until Kelly plays teams multiple times, or how he&#39;s doing a great impression of Ian Kennedy
right now.  However, I just looked at who he&#39;s faced so far in CAR and he&#39;s played two teams twice (out of 7 starts) and he&#39;s improved both times!
