Leadoff against righties. OPS is .805 against them. Only .643 against lefties. Let Pedey lead off against lefties and bat Drew/Rocco 2nd. Pedroia- .333 OBP in 215 career leadoff at-bats
Ellsbury- .328 OBP in 553 career leadoff at-bats

Pedroia is much better at getting on base, but he doesn't care for the spot in the lineup regardless of what he may say and performs much better in the 2-hole.
