Venezuela, on July 2.  The Sox also signed <a target="_blank" href="http://soxprospects.com/players/januario-iago.htm"><strong>Iago Januario</strong></a>, a 6&#39;6&quot; RHP
out of Brazil, on July 9.  Betancourt is apparently a decent prospect, but was not considered one of this year&#39;s top 25 international prospects.... ]]></description>

Name me one person who is a reliable evaluator of 16 year old talent in Venezuela though. It&#39;s directional at best at that age, no? Also, I don&#39;t start
disbelieving scaffolds until prospects are in the states and he can personally witness the 5 tool talents of the likes of Moises Santa. ]]></description>
