Well, Lancaster has all the non-prospects and castoffs on its pitching staff because of the seeming aversion to putting bonafide pitchers there, so things like this are going to happen. My concern is on the offensive side of the ball. Some reasonably nice averages, but it isn't adding up to all that much, except for Still. And Lars, after everyone salivating over what he was going to do in Lancaster, is not putting on much of a show. He is starting to remind me a little of Hanley...

That might have been as bad a weekend as any team has had in a while, outscored 40-4 at home by the team with the worst record in the league. This Jethawks team has a weird vibe to it.

Not too much to report from Hadlock today. The Sea Dogs couldn't solve the mystery of Brad Bergesen. This is the second time in a week he's baffled them, but nothing in his repertoire really stood out to me.

Mickey Hall continued to show his power. He sent a ball to the warning track in right that Reimold made a nice running catch on, then sent one to the track in left that Montanez made a leaping grab of.

I'll admit I'm a bit mystified as to why Beyeler...

anyone have an idea about when tejeda is gonna get back in the line-up, the reported day-to-day has turned into a week, any chance he could get into the lineup at the beginning of this week after the day off today?
